That is what I strive to do, from our initial consultation to the finished product, I want you to be happy with the design that will transform your living space. Here is our design process explained in 4 simple steps:
1.) INITIAL CONSULTATION
This process will start with the designer’s consultation at your home, which should take around 1.5 to 2 hours of your time. This is where I will visit you to observe the space that you would like to be designed, take photographs, and in some cases, measure the room or rooms. We will discuss the project and your style in depth and, most importantly, get to know each other better. It’s extremely important for me to know you as a person, your likes, dislikes, personality and tastes so that I can draw up the best design package for you.
2.) DESIGN PACKAGE PROPOSAL
After our initial consultation, I will return to the office and prepare a proposal for you. This will include the best combination of services that Zeta Interiors can offer for your Project, as well as an estimate of Design fees. We will work out any kinks in this stage and make sure that you understand the requirements and the scope of work for the design of your home.
3.) DESIGN ANALYSIS, PRESENTATION & SOURCING
During this stage, I will be exhaustively analysing your project and its requirements. Through this, I will come up with creative design ideas and solutions for your personal space. From then on, I will move on to sourcing materials, furniture and accessories that will complement the overall design of your home.
Throughout this design process (depending on your needs), we may be meeting to visit showrooms or discuss ideas and plans. During these meetings, I will give you the opportunity to explore and view some of the ideas, colours, textures and shapes inspired by your initial brief. This way, you can make sure that the work is heading in the right direction and ensure your peace of mind before committing to the final design.
Once this stage is complete, I will prepare a presentation at your home with sample boards and beautiful drawings, as well as a comprehensive budget for the entire project. This will all be presented to you for your approval.
4.) IMPLEMENTATION & PURCHASING (OPTIONAL)
This is an optional stage in the design process. I will purchase all of the materials and supplies for your project and ensure that it is completed to an exceptional standard. From the initial consultation to sourcing, presenting and project managing, Zeta Interiors will deliver the finest quality final design for you and your home.
